Our foundation’s primary focus is on providing hands-on training programs that teach passionate young men & women how to design, cut, sew outfits and other textile products, leading to running their own fashion businesses.

Empower young men & women from underprivileged communities, by providing them with the fashion & design skills, resources, and opportunities necessary to become self-sufficient and financially independent citizens. Through our apprenticeship programs, we aim to enable young men & women to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families, ultimately contributing to the economic and social development of their communities and the country at large.

Here are some of the activities that we as Webstars Tailoring foundation organization undertake
Fashion & Design Craft Apprenticeship
We conduct an in-depth countrywide search for young and passionate individuals to join us on a fully sponsored apprenticeship program, where we educate, train and work with alongside
Youth Entrepreneurship Program
We strongly believe in youth entrepreneurship and as a result, we’ve come up with a free tailor-made self-paced program, which allows us to virtually train young men & women in the country and beyond on this vital skill.
Women Mind-Set to Business Program
With the lead of our CEO & Co-founder, we conducted a scientific research between 2021 & 2022, on the impact and extent of negative mind-set to business in women.

Our Team.
Mr.Webstar Ireri
Founder
Webstar Ireri is the founder and chairman of Webstars Tailored & Webstars Tailored Foundation. He is an accountant and trained economist holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Moi University. He is the lead designer at Webstars Tailored and has interests in fashion, youth entrepreneurship and tech. Webstar plays a pivotal role in leading the entire organization, teaching and inspiring our beneficiaries through our programs.
Ms.Sylvia.Igiria
Co-Founder & CEO
Ms. Igiria is an accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Egerton University. In addition, she is an accomplished business woman with interest in fashion, floriculture, accounting consultancy and real estate. She brings in a lot of experience into the organization not to mention spear-heading the development & interests of young women in these areas.
Mr. Anthony Wanjiru
Advisory Board Member
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science & robotics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology. In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in leadership from Denver Seminary. Anthony plays a major role in the team and offers his expertise in advising the leadership on running the organization.
