Women Mind-Set to Business Program

With the lead of our CEO & Co-founder, we conducted a scientific research between 2021 & 2022, on the impact and extent of negative mind-set to business in women. The report showed that most young women, especially in the rural areas, who form the majority have been brought up to believe that business and investments is not a woman’s portion and therefore, they tend to shy away from it.

This is informed by the African culture, inaccessibility to information and technology, low level of education & poverty.

As a result, we have developed a free self-paced program, informed by the research report released, which guides and navigates the transition from this untimely and old mindset, to allow many more young women to venture into business. All our women apprenticeship beneficiaries go through this to better prepare them for the business world in the 21st century. We offer the program both virtually and in person to both community organizations and individuals with our main focus being the rural areas & the informal settlements in urban areas.
